What is it?
Spirulina, specifically the Arthrospira platensis strain cultivated in our facility, is a type of cyanobacteria known for its exceptional nutritional value. It contains about 70% protein by dry weight and is rich in carotenoids, essential amino acids, vitamins, and natural pigments.
